General Questions:

Our servers are hosted in The Netherlands, this means you have a high speed website located in Europe!

We use CPanel as our control panel, a fast and easy panel!

Of Course we accept clients outside The Netherlands! We are a international company which means you can buy our service from everywhere with just a few mouse clicks!

The response time depends on where you have send us a message, the response time we have are:
Live Chat: Immediately
Facebook: Within 2 hours
Whatsapp: Within 2 hours
Tickets: Within 2 hours
Email: Within 24 hours

Those reponse times are when we are open, if you send us a message after we closed you might get a message back the next working day or in emergency cases within a few hours.

No, the live chat isnt open 24/7 you can see when we are online at the right under corner with the status 'Online'. If we are offline you still can send a message and we will reply to it soon! Although a ticket or Social Media messages has a faster reply.

Yes, our unlimited package is really unlimited! However to prevent abusing of our services we have added a limit of 20GB for the diskspace. If you are running out of diskspace just message us or create a ticket and we will higher your limit for free! There are no additional costs for this because you have a unlimited package!

Yes, you will always be able to upgrade or downgrade your package. The easiest way is to create a ticket and we will sort this out.

No, we don't offer a free trial yet but it might become something in the future. You can buy our starter pack of €0,99 to test our services and if you are satisfied we can upgrade your account anytime to any package you want.

No, at the moment we don't offer domains yet!

Billing Questions:

We accept the following payment methodes:
- PayPal
- iDeal
- Banktransfer: NL55 KNAB 0257 4062 63

Yes, a refund is possible within 14 days of purchase date. Open a ticket and we can refund your money.

You will be refunded on the method you have payed (e.g you have bought a package with PayPal and you want a refund, the refund will be back on your PayPal account.)

Of course that's not fine, send us a message ASAP and we will take this issue on hand.

Your payment will be monthly, you will get a automatic email with your monthly invoice.


Client Area Questions:

You can go to the Client Area login page and click on Forgot Password.

No, for security reasons your password can't be resetted by messaging us on Social Media or Live chat. Create a ticket instead and your password will be resetted.
